Generally no, not willingly. In fact, default atheists have the exact opposite of faith - doubt. They aren't accepting that the theistic claim is true, which is the opposite of faith.

You'll find that atheists have a particular distaste of faith, and accepting claims as true without evidence. They consider faith to mean gullibility. They highly regard intellectual honesty, and prefer to wait until an assertion has been sufficiently demonstrated as true, before accepting it.

Since it is difficult to keep track of where all one's knowledge comes from, it is possible for atheists to accept claims as true erroneously, just like anyone else. We all make mistakes. If the atheist knows he/she is holding something based on faith, the belief is typically repaired or discarded.
